Breast Augmentation

Breast Augmentation

Many women feel uncomfortable wearing halter tops or two piece swimsuits because their breasts do not fill out their clothes to the extent they would like. If you are one of the many patients who desires larger breasts, breast augmentation may be the solution for you. Breast augmentation can be performed using silicone or saline breast implants. The procedure can help any woman have larger, shapelier breasts and a more positive self-image. Breast augmentation can also help women who have one breast that is noticeably smaller than the other (breast asymmetry) or who have a moderate degree of breast sagging with smaller breasts. At Rosenberg Plastic Surgery, the breast implants procedure is customized to the specific goals of the individual to ensure natural-looking, attractive results.

The advantages of this treatment include:

The Treatment

Endoscopic Brow Lift

The endoscopic brow lift works by making tiny incisions near the hairline, inserting endoscopic instruments, and separating skin and its fat cells and muscles from the forehead area. The overactive muscles that pull down the brows and produce frown lines can be removed, which pulls the skin upwards through small incisions. The minimally invasive brow lift is the most commonly used because it can be customized with a coronal technique depending on the thickness of your skin and the depth of your wrinkles.

Coronary Brow Lift

The coronary brow lift makes a broad incision on the top of the head from each ear. The incision pattern depends on your hair pattern and is customized for your concerns. The skin is separated from the skull, and the top of the face is folded downward for the muscle to be easily removed. The muscles that cause dynamic wrinkles are removed, giving your brow lift longevity. The excess skin can be cut out, and the face can be restructured at the incision on the top of the head. This results in maximum tightness and wrinkle-free skin with reduced droopiness of the brows. We recommend combining this treatment with other procedures to give the entire face a rejuvenated appearance.

Silhouette PDO Threads

As an in-office procedure, we also provide a brow lift using FDA-approved silhouette PDO threads. We’ll place dissolvable threads on your face to lift and improve the sagging skin of the mid-face, jawline, neck, or brows. The treatment will give you immediate and long-lasting results with minimal downtime. As your skin lifts, it also stimulates collagen production in the area where the threads are inserted. The threads dissolve gradually in a few years.

Neurotoxins

A brow lift is achieved by injecting a customized amount of neurotoxin within the hairline to lift the brows upwards. The treatment was developed to lift saggy brows and reduce eyelid hooding naturally. This will result in an awake appearance. You’ll get visible improvements as the muscles relax within the first seven days of treatment. The lines will diminish, and the brows will appear to be higher on your face. The peak results appear two weeks after your treatment. The results last three to four months, and supplementary injections can be administered to maintain the natural brow lift.
